					<description><![CDATA[I love this post! You’re absolutely right that we can feel accomplished because of what we’ve started, not just finished. 

I also love the idea of listing what was accomplished each day. Keeping a gratitude journal is certainly a good reminder of all that is good. But it can be repetitive, and therefore can feel stale. A list of daily accomplishments might have the variety that keeps the practice fresh. And probably, the accomplishments sound a lot like gratitude!
